Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to all UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18or over.

2. Entry to the competition. For entry, the entrant must like the relevant competition posts, follow Outfox on Instagram and/or Facebook and sign up their details on the Outfox website. Individuals can enter on their sole behalf or as the representative of their + 1. The prizes as laid out in section 5 remains the same for individual applications and the individuals +1.

3. Incomplete entries and entries that do not satisfy the requirements of entry will be disqualified and will not be counted. Outfox do not accept any responsibility for any entries that are lost, not received or otherwise do not satisfy the criteria of the competition. Proof of entry does not amount to proof of receipt.

4. The competition is open from 27th2017 at 12:00pm BST and remains open in perpetuity until closed by Outfox. The selection of the winners will be chosen at random by Outfox when the competition is closed.

5. The Prize: (1) A VIP preview tasting of Outfox at the Mindful drinking festival on Sunday the 13th of August 2017 located at Bermondsey Square, London, SE1 3UN. Entry to the festival is free but individuals must sign themselves up to the festival on the website: https://mindfuldrinkingfestival.com. Winners will be allocated to one 20-minute tasting session at either 2,3 or 4pm on the 13th August 2017. You and your +1 are not guaranteed to be in the allocated to tasting session. The prize does not include travel expenses to and from the event. (2) Opportunity to win further prizes during the session however this is not necessary

6. Outfox will own the copyright to all the content submitted for entry to the competition. We reserve the right to use this content on our social channels, websites and internally. We reserve the right to re-edit and distribute the content without further fees or charges by winners in perpetuity.

7. No purchase necessary.

8. The winners will be randomly selected by Outfox.

9. The winner will be contacted by direct message and/or email and must respond with both their full name and the full name and email address of their +1. A response if required within 4 days of the being contacted after which the prize is subject to forfeit

10. Your personal data will be held by Outfox and will be stored for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winners as well as marketing communications.

11. We take no legal liability for any harm or injury that may occur during your activity to your persons or property. Please keep your activities legal and don’t carry out any activities under the influence of any illegal substances. Always seek medical advice before undertaking any dangerous activities. Please ensure that you have the correct permissions, insurance and liability cover for all activities undertaken.

12. Outfox accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or fail to reach us by the closing date of the Promotional Period for any reason, including and without limitation, any errors, omissions, interruptions or delays in operation or transmission, any communications line failure or for traffic congestion or any unauthorised human act.

13. Any malicious or manipulative attempt to influence the prize decision will result in disqualification. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, or that a mechanic or entry has been entered that is not within the spirit of the competition, Outfoxmay at its sole discretion refuse to fulfil the Prize.

14. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such claims will be disqualified. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent. No part or parts of the Prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

15. The Prize must be taken as offered, cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent. The Prize has no cash or refund value (except when redeemed in accordance with all Terms and Conditions of this offer), is not for resale, has no alternative, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and can only be redeemed once.

16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, outside Outfox’s reasonable control, we reserve the right to substitute alternative offers of equivalent or greater value. We reserve the right to amend, alter or withdraw the prize draw, or extend the closing date of the Promotional Period as necessary.

17. Outfox is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the entrant that is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party although it will always use reasonable endeavours to minimise any entrant disappointment.

18. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

19. Outfox, at its sole direction, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the draw in whole or in part at any time as well as amend, modify or alter these terms and conditions at any time, in whole or in part and the Outfox decision is final and binding on all matters.

20. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the prize draw are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Outfox shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the offer, and the promotion except that the Outfox makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of the Outfox.

21. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time and without prior warning.
