Boiler Repairs and Central Heating Component replacements
Whilst it is rare for a heating system to experience problems after the replacement of components following our diagnosis, it is not possible to inspect a system internally beforehand, and the need to further check the boiler when the components have been replaced or following a drain down and re fill of the system means that occasionally we may find further faults not diagnosed at the time of the initial diagnosis and or leaks in pipework or radiators.
We believe that it is better that these problems / leaks occur whilst we are present to enable a further diagnosis and still perform a same day repair / remedy the problem, rather than for it to arise over a weekend or whilst the house is unoccupied.
Systems which have been neglected over a period of time, or have not been treated with an effective corrosion inhibitor, may have severely compacted corrosion debris, in the pipe work, radiators, or boiler & Controls, and it is possible that even after the replacement of components, some or all radiators / hot water system may still not be fully effective, or system components on the margin of failure may cease working due to further problems or sludge and debris later breaking loose and collecting in the pipework
The price that we have stated allows for only the replacement of components identified as faulty at the time of testing and diagnosing and if any of the above or similar problems arise during or after the installation of the components we will not hold ourselves responsible in any way.
Any further work required would be carried out at an additional cost and the price quoted for the installation of the initial components will be expected to be paid in full on completion of the installation of them such components and not on the completion of the remedial work.
